Founder & CEO

Director of Operations

Andrea provides operational leadership for Tamara's Sugar, overseeing the day-to-day functions of the business, including office administration, inventory management, and domestic and international shipping. She also helps manage our USDA Organic and Fair Trade certification programs by maintaining documentation, supporting compliance requirements, and coordinating annual renewals. Working closely with the team, she continually improves operational processes and helps ensure our products are delivered accurately and professionally.

Product & Shipping Supervisor

Fernando, Product & Shipping Supervisor oversees the daily production and fulfillment operations at Tamara's Sugar, coordinating workflow, supervising the production team, and ensuring customer and distributor orders are accurately prepared and shipped. He helps maintain inventory levels, supports warehouse organization, and works closely with the Director of Operations to keep production running efficiently while upholding the quality standards our customers expect.

Product & Shipping Specialists
Our Team of Product & Shipping Specialists support the production, assembly, and packaging of select specialty products, including our Sea Salt Soap, Balms, CBD, Treatment Oils, and other handcrafted products. They also play a vital role in the daily fulfillment of customer and distributor orders, ensuring products are carefully packed, accurately shipped, and delivered on time.

From production to fulfillment, much of our process is managed in-house to maintain consistency, quality, and the professional standards our customers rely on.

Manufacturing Team

Our Manufacturing Team is dedicated exclusively to producing Tamara's Sugar professional-grade sugaring paste. Working together, our team carefully manufactures, monitors, and documents every batch while following strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), USDA Organic standards, and quality control procedures. From raw ingredients to finished product, every lot is crafted with precision, consistency, and the high standards licensed professionals have trusted since 2010.
