Order Processing & Business Hours
- Tamara’s Sugar is closed on weekends and all major holidays.
- Orders are processed and packed in the order they are received on the next business day.
- Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. This is in addition to delivery time.
- While we strive to ship orders the same or next business day (if items are in stock), this cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping & Delivery Times
- Orders are shipped in the order they are received.
- We recommend placing your order at least one week in advance, taking transit times into consideration.
- Shipping delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, or due to inclement weather. Please allow extra time to avoid disruptions in your services.
Estimated UPS Ground Transit Times (Within the U.S.)
- Washington (WA): 1 business day
- West Coast: 1–4 business days
- Midwest & East Coast: 5–6 business days
These are typical transit times but are not guaranteed, especially when shipped via UPS Ground.
